I found that if I discipline myself, I can cash out at 4 or 5 hundred dollars, place another bill (20, 50 or 100) in the machine and play again. There are two reasons for doing this; One, it helps to slow down and control losses. Two, you are less likely to put the extra money you just won back into the same machine. If you really want to be a winner at the casino than you must have discipline.
